ABOUT

Active Learners is passionate about the physical and mental development of children. Our goal is to give 2.5-5.5 year olds a positive introduction to sport, running, jumping, throwing and kicking. These FUNdamental motor skills will be introduced in a fun interactive class through soccer and basketball.

Structured sports such as soccer, and basketball are great for pre-schoolers as they provide a fun and active way to learn essential motor skills such as running, jumping, kicking and throwing. These activities challenge and engage young children physically, helping to build strength, coordination and dexterity.

They also provide opportunities for children to develop social skills such as teamwork, communication, and cooperation. Additionally, participating in structured sports can help build confidence as children learn new skills, achieve milestones, and experience success. By providing a supportive and encouraging environment, structured sports can help develop a love of physical activity and build the foundation for a healthy, active lifestyle. The structured nature of these sports also provides a safe and controlled environment for children to explore and develop their abilities, making them an ideal choice for pre-schoolers.
